Apollo performed India’s first successful paediatric liver transplant on November 15, 1998, setting a new standard in liver treatment. From 1998 to 2025, the program completed 5,001 transplants with a success rate above 90%, including complex surgeries like ABO-incompatible and combined organ transplants for patients as young as four months old.
