Established in Hanoi in 2008, Biomedic is a well-known player in Vietnam’s healthcare market. The company supplies testing, diagnostic and screening solutions used in areas such as oncology, obstetrics and gynaecology, infectious diseases and forensics. Biomedic serves hospitals, testing labs and fertility clinics across Vietnam.

Commenting on the transaction, Biomedic founder Cao Tien Dung said the company has spent nearly two decades connecting international biotechnology companies with customers across Vietnam. He described the agreement with DKSH as a natural next step that will support future growth while creating new opportunities for employees, partners and customers.

He added that the partnership will allow DKSH to further strengthen its position in Vietnam’s expanding life sciences and healthcare sector.

The deal is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026, subject to standard closing conditions.
