For World Children’s Day, Dubai Health and Boston Children’s Hospital have joined forces to improve children’s healthcare, education, research, and community programs. The partnership will help make health services better for children across Dubai Health’s network.

The agreement was signed by Dr. Ryan Nagy, President and COO of Boston Children’s Hospital, and Dr. Mohamed Al Awadhi, Executive Director of Dubai Health’s Women and Children’s Campus, which manages Al Jalila Children’s Hospital, Latifa Hospital, and the Dubai Fertility Centre.

Dr. Nagy expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, “Boston Children’s Hospital is proud to join forces with Dubai Health to support pediatric care, education, and research. Together, we aim to achieve exceptional outcomes for children and families in the region.”

Dr. Al Awadhi emphasized the value of the partnership, saying, “This collaboration strengthens important programs in our health system, improves care quality, provides more training for clinicians and students, supports research and innovation, and helps philanthropic initiatives. We look forward to improving children’s health and achieving better outcomes for families in the region.”

The Boston Children’s Hospital team also visited Dubai Health to learn more about its integrated health system and explore future collaboration in clinical services, education, research, and community programs. The visit highlighted both organizations’ commitment to a long-term partnership aimed at advancing pediatric healthcare in Dubai and supporting global efforts to improve child health.
