Background
QingSong Health Corp and Basel Medical Group have signed a Memorandum of Strategic Cooperation on how to explore providing AI-driven health care solutions, insurance options and even more international health services across Southeast Asia.
Under the terms of the agreement, QingSong Health will provide its AI technology stack and AI agent QSevidence, whereas Basel Medical Group will contribute its specialist healthcare services network and business clientele in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
The agreement involves two spheres of cooperation. The first sphere concerns improving existing services using AI technology. Clinical decision support, physician training, an AI agent that does scheduling and monitors appointments, an AI application used for insurance claims, and underwriting are a few ways to go about it.
The second sphere concerns promoting cross-border healthcare services. QingSong Health will integrate its cross-border expertise with that of Basel Medical Group by developing a healthcare service corridor linking Chinese and Southeast Asian specialty healthcare facilities.

Basel Medical Group has accumulated a wide range of corporate clientele over two decades, specifically from the construction, marine, and oil and gas industries.
QingSong Health Corp, a digital health tech company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, has a digitally integrated healthcare platform that comprises health management, medical care, and insurance coverage. Its artificial intelligence includes the AIcare software package, Dr.GPT medical large model, and QSevidence system, which are used in physicians’ services, chronic disease management, and insurance.
