Prime Highlights:

  • Fullerton Health has acquired The ENT Clinic Pte Ltd, one of Singapore’s top ENT clinics, strengthening its specialty care services.
  • The partnership will improve access to quality ENT care for patients and allow better collaboration with other specialists across the Fullerton Health network.

Key Facts:

  • The ENT Clinic has five specialists operating across three clinics in Camden, Novena, and Gleneagles Tanglin, known for their expert ENT care.
  • Fullerton Health operates nearly 550 clinics with over 18,000 healthcare professionals across the Asia-Pacific region.

Background:

The move is part of Fullerton Health’s plan to focus on high-demand medical areas. ENT was chosen as a key specialty due to high patient referrals and its connection with the Group’s other services, such as diagnostic imaging, health screenings, primary care, and network management.

Ms Margareta Laminto, Managing Director of Specialist & RadLink and Group Chief Sustainability Officer at Fullerton Health, said the acquisition brings a leading ENT clinic into the Fullerton Health network. She added that it will improve service capabilities and allow more patients to receive coordinated, high-quality care.

By joining Fullerton Health’s network, The ENT Clinic will be able to work closely with other specialists, providing combined care and better access for the Group’s 4.5 million patients across Southeast Asia. The clinic will keep its current name and patient relationships while exploring new services, technology upgrades, and clinical programs.

Dr Jeeve Kanagalingam, founder of The ENT Clinic, said the partnership is an exciting opportunity. He added that working with a well-established healthcare provider will allow the clinic to give patients easier access to quality ENT care while keeping its high standards.

Founded in 2010, Fullerton Health has nearly 550 clinics and more than 18,000 healthcare professionals across the Asia-Pacific. The group provides primary care, diagnostics, specialty treatments, and managed care programs, focusing on reliable and easy-to-access healthcare for everyone.
